The CTI (Commission Technique International)

The sports section of FISEC is the responsibility of CTI (Commission Technique Internationale). The CTI has a president and a secretary and one delegate from each country is represented.   This Commission establishes the rules to be followed and assigns an OTI (supervisor from FISEC's part) for each sport during the games.
